Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician trainee license in the state you are located.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service onboarding or relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Be adaptable and open to experiment/learn as new processes are developed.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new clinics with timely, clear instructions.
• Collect customer feedback to improve the onboarding process.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success/Experience, updating education materials for the provider portal.
• Onboarding task support: creating Office Manager accounts and routing inquiries to appropriate teams.
• CRM utilization: track onboarding progress in HubSpot and maintain internal documentation with data security.
