Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible pharmacy experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of pharmacy leadership or management experience.
• Preferred: HRSA 340B Program experience.
• Preferred: Community health center experience.
• Preferred: Urban Indian Health Program experience.
• Preferred: Population health pharmacy experience.
• Preferred: Multi-site pharmacy operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pharmacy strategic plans.
• Lead pharmacy service expansion initiatives and integrated healthcare delivery.
• Advance medication access and health equity initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain pharmacy personnel.
• Establish workforce performance expectations and succession planning.
• Oversee startup implementations and establish operational workflows.
• Provide regular executive reports and develop performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with HRSA, Montana Board of Pharmacy, and HIPAA requirements.
• Monitor pharmacy performance and service delivery.
• Oversee vendor management and contract pharmacy oversight.
