Job summary
Access Community Health Centers is seeking a Pharmacy Consultant in Madison, WI to oversee and provide expertise for pharmacy services and the 340B Drug Pricing Program. You will work with leadership, contract partners, and clinical teams to ensure program compliance, optimize access and savings, and support safe medication management for patients.
The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, 340B experience, and ability to develop policies and complex programs, with a focus on social impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting pharmacy services.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
- Experience with 340B Program and EHR systems.
- Knowledge of pharmacy manufacturers, wholesalers and supply chain structure.
- Experience with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
- Ability to run complex programs.
- Proficiency in using Excel and producing meaningful pharmacy activity reports used for financial analysis.
- Passionate about social impact and belonging in the organization.
