Job summary
Lockton Companies in Minneapolis seeks a detail-oriented analyst to support pharmacy data analytics and client reporting. You will produce and quality check monthly and quarterly report books from our internal data warehouse, ensuring data validity against PBM KPIs and assisting in pricing reconciliations for clients.
You will also learn to navigate our data warehouse, pull routine/ad hoc reports for consulting teams, and develop financial models with interpretations and recommendations for
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
- 1–2 years’ experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee welfare benefits or pharmacy data analytics.
- Knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Produce and quality check monthly and quarterly report books for clients from our internal pharmacy data warehouse.
- Review data for reasonableness, and validate data against KPIs from the PBM vendor.
- Learn to perform pharmacy pricing guarantee reconciliations for clients quarterly and annually.
- Navigate Lockton’s internal pharmacy data warehouse and pull routine and ad hoc reporting for consulting teams.
- Develop financial models and reports, provide interpretation and recommendations.
