Job summary

Cella, a Randstad Digital company, is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our client’s advertising agency and its brand teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end campaign development, oversee budgets and timelines, and provide thoughtful counsel to drive brand growth and sales goals while maintaining strong client and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Master's degree or equivalent related project or functional experience is desirable.
• Total account management experience.
• 3-4 years preferred.
• Pharmaceutical ad agency experience or in-house agency experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (US, Global preferred).
• Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written.
• High energy, positive, organized individual in a high-visibility role.
• Ability to manage high volume project scope in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand leaders and agency creative teams to develop project briefs.
• Direct end-to-end campaign development from concept through completion.
• Manage financial health across accounts with forecasts, reconciliations, and scope tracking.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and issue strategic contact reports across US and Global accounts.
