Responsibilities

• Coordinate confidential administrative support for division-wide personnel processes.
• Review recruitment and classification requests for completeness and funding.
• Advise managers on personnel policies and union requirements.
• Support division projects, events, and change initiatives.
• Prepare reports and maintain resources on the AA Resource Hub.
