Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to policy/procedure improvements.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and personnel transactions in PeopleSoft HR and PIMS.
• Audit appointment paperwork and ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
• Research, analyze, and resolve personnel transaction issues of routine to moderate complexity.
• Maintain data integrity and generate reports across information systems.
• Audit and rectify errors in personnel/payroll documents and coordinate corrections.
