Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with four years related experience, including two in a leadership role
- Knowledge of perioperative nursing practice, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with healthcare delivery systems and patient care standards
- Knowledge of medical necessity criteria and health information management
- Experience supervising, coaching, and evaluating staff and managing performance
- Ability to analyze data and improve operations to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
Responsibilities
