• Knowledge of T-TESS, T-PESS, and educator appraisal systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates districtwide performance management and Enhanced TIA systems.
• Monitors calendars, timelines, and compliance for evaluation activities.
• Develops reports, dashboards, and data tools for outcomes and fidelity.
• Maintains confidentiality of personnel and student information.
• Provides training and technical assistance on program requirements.
