Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in educator evaluation, performance management, and related areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating district-wide implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead districtwide performance management, appraisal, and Enhanced TIA systems.
• Govern and improve Enhanced TIA program, data validation, stakeholder communication, and compliance.
• Establish annual calendars, timelines, and submission processes for evaluations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data review tools for visibility into outcomes.
• Ensure timely, accurate implementation of systems across district and program requirements.
• Provide professional learning and technical assistance on T-TESS, T-PESS, and Enhanced TIA.
