Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three or more years in educator evaluation or performance management preferred.
• Experience with T-TESS and T-PESS is highly desirable.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights for district leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates implementation of districtwide performance management, appraisal, and Enhanced TIA systems.
• Supports administration of Enhanced TIA designation processes and compliance.
• Manages timeliness and accuracy of evaluation activities and reports.
• Develops dashboards and data tools for appraisal completion and outcomes.
• Provides training and technical assistance on T-TESS, T-PESS, and Enhanced TIA requirements.
• Maintains guidance documents and procedural documentation.
