Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for the People Operations and Insights team. The role manages complex cross-functional projects, driving delivery across HR, finance, legal, product, and engineering with rigor and independence.

You will develop plans, monitor progress, and present findings to senior leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in a fast-growing environment. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Experience operating within an HR team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end across People pillars and portfolios.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, inform stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to improve processes.
• Establish governance and ensure adherence to standards and milestones.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
