Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned People Partner (HRBP) to partner with senior leaders and drive our people strategy at scale. You will help build high-impact, healthy teams aligned to Stripe's mission and operating principles,designing programs across global functions and guiding leaders through change and growth.

You will work with cross-functional partners, leverage data to inform decisions, and support strategic talent planning to meet ambitious business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an HR business partner, preferably with a mix of fast-growing technology companies and more established organizations.
• Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders to align people strategy and drive business results.
• Strong analytical and project management skills with a clear, process-driven approach to problem solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication across diverse groups and levels.
• Proven ability to partner across diverse groups and experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, guiding and enabling alignment of business and people strategies to optimize Stripe experience.
• Collaborate, develop and drive programs cross-functionally to advance the People Strategy for Stripe.
• Leverage data and insights to inform design of org structure and programs and promote org health and productivity.
• Advise leaders on org design, change management, and key organizational initiatives for efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support global talent and organizational planning, identifying critical talent and planning for future needs.
