Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, operations, strategy, or consulting with HR exposure.
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and drive results with urgency and thoughtfulness.
• Experience cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech and Leadership.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making and communication skills.
• Proficient in PM tools (Asana, Jira, Airtable) and various methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from problem definition to final recommendation.
• Develop project plans, optimize workflows, keep stakeholders informed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and engineering to improve processes and controls.
• Establish governance and ensure compliance with standards and milestones.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the People team.
