Job summary

Stripe is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to join the Total Rewards Strategy and Enablement team, focusing on M&A workstreams. In this role, you’ll lead business-critical People projects, coordinating across Total Rewards, People Partners, Recruiting, People Operations, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development to drive seamless integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project or program management experience at a global company.
• 2+ years managing M&A workstreams, including diligence and post-close integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and building repeatable infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write executive updates and memos.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Familiarity with data and systems like Workday and Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead People M&A workstreams from diligence through close and post-close execution.
• Coordinate across Total Rewards, People Partners, People Operations, Recruiting, Legal, and Finance.
• Align plans with transaction timelines and dependencies.
• Develop integration and change-management plans for acquired Stripes.
• Identify risks and blockers early; coordinate resolution to protect timelines.
• Build and refine People M&A infrastructure, playbooks, templates, reporting.
• Support other strategic projects within Total Rewards and People.
