Job summary

ElevenLabs, a US-based AI research and product company, is scaling its Revenue organization and seeking a remote-first People Partner for North America and LATAM. You’ll work with senior leaders to shape people strategy across regions and support performance, engagement, and organizational design.

You’ll own the people agenda for the Revenue function end to end, collaborate with CRO, and guide teams through change.

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior leaders across performance, relations, coaching, growth, and org design.
• Hands-on organizational design with spans and layers and succession planning.
• Ability to navigate change, restructures, and ambiguity with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated People Partner for Revenue across North America and LATAM.
• Partner with Revenue leadership to improve team health and organizational clarity.
• Lead organizational design for Revenue as it scales, advising on spans and layers and staffing needs.
• Support key People programs for the Revenue org.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations on investigations and complex cases.
• Identify patterns across teams to inform new People initiatives.
• Partner with Revenue People Partner for International to align with the CRO.
• Support terminations, mobility, local requirements and compliance workflows.
