ElevenLabs is scaling rapidly and seeks a dedicated People Partner for Revenue across North America and LATAM. You will work with Revenue leadership to enhance team health, performance, and organizational clarity while guiding change and employee relations with discretion.

This remote-first role requires experience in org design, coaching senior leaders, and partnering across North America and LATAM to drive scalable people programs and processes, reporting to the People Team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders across performance, relations, coaching, growth, restructuring.
• Hands-on organizational design experience, including spans and layers.
• Experience guiding leaders through change.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and fairness in sensitive matters.
• Comfortable working with Employee Relations and employment counsel on sensitive cases.
• Thrives in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment.
• Experience partnering with North America and LATAM regions.
• This role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere on the East Coast USA.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated People Partner for Revenue across North America and LATAM.
• Partner with Revenue leadership to improve team health, performance, talent density, and organizational clarity.
• Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads, surfacing issues early and guiding through People challenges.
• Lead organizational design for Revenue as it scales, advising on spans, layers, staffing needs and succession planning.
• Support key People programs (performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and lead enablement) for the Revenue org.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations and employment counsel on investigations and complex performance cases.
• Identify patterns across teams and regions and turn them into insights, frameworks, or new People initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Revenue People Partner for International to surface themes to the CRO.
• Partner with People Ops & Compliance on terminations, mobility, and compliance-heavy workflows across NA and LATAM.
