Job summary

ElevenLabs is scaling its Revenue organization across North America and LATAM. As the dedicated People Partner for this area, you’ll partner with Revenue leadership to shape talent strategy, organizational design, and performance programs that drive growth.

You will also identify patterns, build scalable people processes, and enable leaders to manage teams across multiple countries. This remote-first role can be performed from anywhere on the East Coast USA.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding senior leaders through the full range of people topics including performance, relations, coaching, growth, restructuring.
• Hands-on organizational design experience including spans and layers, team structures, and succession planning.
• Experience guiding leaders and teams through change (restructures, team moves, new ways of working).

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated People Partner for Revenue across North America and LATAM, owning the people agenda end to end.
• Partner with Revenue leadership to improve team health, performance, talent density, and organizational clarity.
• Run proactive 1:1 sessions with leads, surface issues early, and guide people through challenges.
• Lead organizational design for Revenue as it scales, advising on spans, layers, staffing, and succession planning.
• Support key People programs (performance reviews, engagement, recognition, and enablement) for Revenue.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations on investigations and sensitive cases, escalating when needed.
• Identify patterns across regions and translate them into scalable People initiatives.
• Partner with the Revenue People Partner for International to surface insights to the CRO.
• Collaborate with People Ops & Compliance on terminations, mobility, and compliance-heavy workflows.
