Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Principal People Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to our Software, AI/ML, Innovation, and Product Management teams. You will shape people strategies that drive growth, talent development, and business performance.

In this senior role, you will operate with autonomy, coach senior leaders, influence organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide decisions as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including significant HRBP work with technical teams in a high-growth tech environment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders across Software, AI/ML, Innovation, and Product Management.
• Shape and execute people strategies to enable organizational growth, technical excellence, and business performance.
• Coach leaders through complex performance and organizational matters and oversee talent planning and succession.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management across functions.
• Lead or contribute to the development and implementation of scalable People programs and initiatives.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and help the company scale its People practices as it grows.
