Harvey is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to support Product and Design teams as we scale. You’ll partner with product and engineering leaders to shape org design, drive performance, and navigate growth.

The role requires strong judgment, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a pragmatic, no-drama approach. You’ll be based in our SF office at least three days a week and impact critical talent decisions.

Competenze

6–10+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role.
Experience partnering with Product, Design, or Engineering leaders.
Strong judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.
Ability to influence senior leaders in a direct way.
Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments.
High emotional intelligence and effective communication.
Based in San Francisco with ability to work from SF office at least 3 days/week.
