Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to partner with leaders across corporate functions and site-based teams in support of a high-performing healthcare services organization.

You will advise on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent development, driving change in a fast-growing, M&A-driven environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-scaling environments.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences preferred.
• Experience supporting a distributed multi-site network domestically and globally is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR strategy to financial and operational outcomes.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence senior leaders as well as operate as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to department leaders on organizational strategy and people implications.
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies enabling growth and scalability.
• Lead talent and performance processes to reinforce accountability and values.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing teams and address performance issues early.
• Partner on due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition integration.
• Deliver HR transformational initiatives to support a growing workforce.
