Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-scaling environments.
• Healthcare, clinical research, medtech, or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting a distributed multi-site network domestically and globally.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and act as a strategic partner.
• Strong data analytics mindset and change-management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to leaders across corporate functions and site operations.
• Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Drive change management and organizational design to support growth.
• Coach leaders on performance management and employee relations.
• Partner on due diligence and integration planning for M&A activity.
• Ensure HR policies compliance and data-informed decision making.
