Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to align people strategies with growth goals across our distributed healthcare services organization. You will advise leaders, drive workforce planning, and shape talent initiatives to scale rapidly while maintaining a high-performing culture.

The role requires hands-on execution, change management, and deep partnership with the COE to integrate HR programs across acquisitions and site networks.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-scaling environments.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, medtech, life sciences, or related industries.
• Experience supporting a highly distributed, growing multi-site network domestically and globally.
• Strong communication and influencing senior leaders; strategic partnership with business units.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to department leaders on workforce planning and employee relations.
• Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies to drive growth and scalability.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching.
• Partner with People COE on due diligence, integration planning, and HR programs.
