Anduril Industries seeks a People Business Partner to join our People team supporting engineering client groups across locations, including Atlanta, GA. You will think strategically and provide daily support across all levels of engineering teams, helping to shape talent development and performance at scale.

You will partner with leadership to craft people strategies, coach teams, and drive HR processes from policy guidance to employee relations and organizational development as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisor to business owners on people-related strategies and employee engagements
• Collaborate with senior leadership to build, develop, and execute people strategies through growth
• Coach and advise for best practices within the team
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct investigations
• Lead the design and iteration of new people programs and talent calibration
