Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a People Operations Partner to join on site in Connecticut, bridging strategy with people experiences and working with agency leadership and COEs to solve organizational challenges.

You will drive talent development, leverage data to inform decisions, and champion Mosaic's values of belonging and grit. The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3+ years HR experience, and relevant certifications. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Advisor/Partner experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Comfortable analyzing basic workforce metrics and using tools like Google Sheets to guide decisions.
• Proven ability to coach supervisors and communicate with polish and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals and local priorities.
• Coach leaders and drive talent discussions, performance coaching and retention strategies.
• Analyze turnover, engagement and retention metrics to inform decisions.
• Navigate local organizational changes and adopt new technology with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Support local CBAs and resolve grievances to maintain a fair, equitable environment.
