Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a dynamic People Operations Partner to join onsite in Connecticut. You’ll serve as a core business partner, leveraging data, culture, and strategy to enable a thriving workplace aligned with Mosaic’s mission.

You’ll collaborate with agency leadership and COEs to solve organizational challenges, coach leaders, and drive retention while upholding Mosaic values of belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Advisor/Partner experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Comfortable analyzing basic workforce metrics and using tools like Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR solutions aligned to business goals.
• Coach leaders and managers through complex employee relations and change.
• Partner with HR COEs and leadership to address organizational challenges.
• Interpret HR metrics to guide proactive decision-making and retention strategies.
• Support CBAs and maintain fair, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
