Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a dynamic People Operations Partner to join onsite in Connecticut. You will act as a core business partner, applying data, culture, and strategy to create environments where people and the mission thrive.

You will work with agency leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to solve challenges, coach leaders, and uphold Mosaic's values of belonging, connection, and grit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Advisor/Partner experience.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Data and tech savvy; comfortable analyzing workforce metrics with standard tools.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core business partner linking strategy with people experiences.
• Coach leaders and champion Mosaic values across the organization.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and agency leadership to solve organizational challenges.
• Support travel up to 10% and influence local HR solutions.
