Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a proactive People Operations Partner to join our CT team onsite. You will bridge business strategy with people experiences, partnering with agency leadership and COEs to tackle organizational challenges and champion our values of belonging and grit.

You will guide talent development, coach frontline and mid-level managers, and leverage HR metrics to drive retention and change management while supporting local CBAs and employee relations with empathy and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Advisor/Partner experience.
• Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR (or ability to obtain within one year).
• Data/tech savvy: comfortable using workforce metrics and tools like Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders and facilitate talent discussions, performance coaching, and retention strategies.
• Translate organizational goals into local HR priorities and drive strategic HR solutions.
• Use HR metrics to inform proactive decisions and guide business partners.
