Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 5+ years leading HR Business Partners, HR Generalists, or similar HR teams.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Experience supporting leaders in a multi-state employment environment.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People Partner function and provide direction, coaching, and development to the HR team.
• Manage, develop, and ensure consistent support for the People Partner team.
• Establish clear expectations, standards, and operating rhythms that drive accountability and consistency across the team.
• Foster a proactive, business-focused HR function that delivers high-quality support to leaders and employees.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational, leadership, workforce, and employee matters.
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational challenges and develop practical people solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Support business growth through thoughtful organizational design, talent planning, and change management efforts.
