Job summary

Trimont is seeking an Associate Director, Talent Management to lead the organization’s learning and leadership development initiatives. You will partner with People & Culture to scale programs, drive analytics, and ensure talent continuity across regions.

The role focuses on succession planning, performance management, and data-driven decision making to strengthen organizational capability and growth globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.
• Experience with learning analytics, reporting, dashboard development, data visualization, and LMS administration (UKG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of talent management practices including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Implement global talent management strategies ensuring programs are scalable and aligned to leadership pipeline readiness.
• Lead the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of global learning and talent programs.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
