Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
8+ years of progressive HR experience in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and leave administration.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and talent development.
Lead talent management initiatives including performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
Serve as trusted advisor on employee relations matters, investigations, leave administration, and accommodations.
Lead recruitment for assigned positions with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Contribute to strategic direction of People & Culture by leading projects and mentoring team members.
