Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in HR Strategy, Management Consulting or change initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs from strategy to execution.
• Strong data-driven, analytical problem-solving skills with executive influence.

• Architect solutions from leadership inputs and build execution frameworks.
