Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks a Director of M&A Integration to lead the Corporate Strategy team’s post‑acquisition execution and drive cross‑functional integration plans across product, GTM, finance, people, legal, and IT.

You will partner with Corporate Development during diligence, build scalable programs, mentor an expanding integration team, and guide governance and decision-making at the executive level, with remote or Austin-based work and regular travel to Austin.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in M&A integration or enterprise transformation.
• 2–3 years in top-tier consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in global, matrixed environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience designing executive steering committees and governance.
• Proven team-building and leadership experience.
• Familiarity with M&A program tools and AI workflows in diligence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate Development during diligence to assess feasibility and risks.
• Translate high-level strategy into executable integration programs with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional leads across Product, GTM, Finance, People, Legal, and IT.
• Run operating cadence and steering committees to keep execution on track.
• Provide transparent updates to executives on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making and manage dependencies without formal authority.
• Build, hire, and mentor a growing integration team as volume increases.
• Leverage AI workflows to optimize diligence and integration processes.
