Job summary

MFS is seeking a People Analytics Consultant to partner with HR and business leaders, transforming workforce data into strategic insights that guide talent decisions. You will drive analytics across planning, acquisition, development, and culture to improve organizational outcomes.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, executive-ready insights, and scalable reporting to enable informed decisions at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with workforce data.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to HR stakeholders and business leaders with data and analytics insights.
• Translate business questions into analyses, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
• Deliver executive-ready insights and data storytelling tailored to audiences.
• Lead and support employee listening initiatives and feedback analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform recruiting, development, planning, and culture initiatives.
• Respond to ad hoc analytics requests with data-driven materials.
• Partner with HR Tech to ensure accessible and reliable workforce data.
• Promote data governance, privacy, and compliant data use.
• Develop scalable self-service analytics and reporting solutions.
