Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an HR Analytics Consultant to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. You will partner with HR leaders, Finance, and analytics teams to support talent management, workforce planning, and inclusion initiatives.

The role requires strong business analytics, financial acumen, and the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for executives across lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of analytics experience, including HR analytics, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Ability to communicate complex topics effectively with broad stakeholder influence.
• Ability to build a business case, explore options, analyze/visualize data, and present to decision makers.
• Strong HR processes, systems and data understanding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to frame analytical questions and prioritize analyses.
• Lead analytics consulting projects from intake to executive presentation.
• Manage custom research projects from business case to presentation to executives.
• Analyze workforce, operations and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear visualizations and actionable insights for technical and nontechnical audiences.
