Job summary

Paychex is seeking a sales professional to grow the PEO client base in Miami by presenting Paychex PEO solutions to brokers and end users. You will identify needs, craft solutions, and drive revenue through new client appointments and referrals.

Responsibilities include prospecting, onboarding PEO clients, and maintaining accurate records while traveling as needed to meet clients and attend events. The role emphasizes relationship building and results.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and expanding the client base.
• Leverage GTM strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit brokers and clients to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients using various channels to drive revenue and market share.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure a smooth transition onto the service.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and activity reports; travel as needed.
