Job summary

Distro in Boston is seeking a Sales Executive – PEO to identify, prospect, and close new business by offering PEO and ASO solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.

You will engage with business owners and C-level executives, customize HR and payroll offerings, and drive full-cycle sales from initial contact to onboarding, while building lasting partnerships.

This hybrid role rewards quota attainment and allows leveraging brokers and strategic alliances to expand residual income.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling HCM, PEO, Payroll, SaaS or similar solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
• Present PEO and ASO solutions to owners and executives.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with specialists to maximize sales opportunities.
