Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Hands-on Electrical or Electronics Engineering experience incl. PCB design, schematic capture, layout, simulation, and testing.
• Experience with converters, battery systems, embedded electronics, or industrial electronics.
• Experience with PCB design tools KiCad, SpiceBridge, PCBParts or comparable tools.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or project-ownership role involving technical-team management or process optimization.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work long hours in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from planning through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
• Lead and manage teams of Human Data Managers and Leads reviewing SME work across PCB design and related domains.
• Design, manage, and improve engineering data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate directly with AI lab clients as a trusted technical partner on large projects.
• Partner with Human Data Engineers to define, monitor, and optimize KPIs for expert-driven workflows.
• Provide executive-level updates on project progress and data performance.
