Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on engineering experience in electrical design.
• Experience with industrial facilities and energy projects.
• Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage systems.
• Familiarity with IEC/IEEE/NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and evaluate electrical designs against technical requirements, specifications, and system-performance needs.
• Design and review electrical systems, circuits, equipment, and components, including distribution and power systems, control panels, switchgear, and motor control systems.
• Interpret electrical schematics, single-line and wiring diagrams, layouts, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.
• Perform load-flow, voltage-drop, short-circuit, protection-coordination, and equipment-sizing calculations.
• Assess design alternatives, engineering trade-offs, and system performance, identifying potential issues and improvements.
• Validate designs, calculations, assumptions, and technical approaches against project requirements and engineering standards.
