Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Full-Time Salaried Payroll Delivery Manager I to join our Dayforce Managed Team in the United States. You will lead a team of payroll specialists, manage client relationships, and ensure accurate US/CA payroll processing and year-end activities.

The ideal candidate has strong consultative skills, experience in high‑volume payroll, and the ability to own day‑to‑day deliverables with an “I own it” attitude. Travel is possible, and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years payroll knowledge in high-volume operations.
• End-to-end payroll experience a plus with strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication with leadership and customers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payroll operations with agility and change.
• Oversee multiple internal actions and meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure quality control and auditing to reduce errors.
• Ensure SLA adherence and client contractual compliance.
• Identify process improvements to increase value.
• Direct Payroll Specialists and provide coaching as needed.
