Baker Tilly US is seeking a Payroll Consultant to provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients. You will ensure payroll accuracy, manage client relationships, and assist with implementation projects while staying current on payroll laws.

Ideal candidates have ADP experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, handling multiple clients with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professionalism across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients.
• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls timely, update employee records, and review tax calculations.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain data confidentiality.
• Support implementation projects and train clients on payroll processes.
• Share knowledge with new hires and stay updated on payroll laws.
