Qualifications

• Progressive payroll experience required (5+ years).
• Experience with weekly payroll and multi-state payroll preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, reconciliations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly payroll for office and field employees.
• Review payroll for accuracy including wages, overtime, benefits, and deductions.
• Process payroll changes such as hires, terminations, and rate changes.
• Manage payroll tax filings, quarterly reporting, and W-2 processing.
• Perform reconciliations and coordinate with Accounting on GL activity and close.
• Coordinate payroll-related benefit data files and reimbursements.
• Support HR and respond to employee payroll questions.
• Maintain confidentiality and mentor payroll staff.
