Falcon’s Beyond Global is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst in Orlando, FL to lead payroll operations, governance, and compliance. You will own end‑to‑end payroll processing, maintain calendars and controls, and drive efficiency while ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external providers, shaping a scalable payroll model, mitigating risks, and delivering timely reporting and W‑2 processing across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Must understand payroll operations end‑to‑end and apply controls.
• Experience designing payroll calendars, workflows, reconciliations, and approvals.
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and local payroll rules and tax requirements.
• Track record of improving payroll processes and data quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness.
• Own payroll reconciliations, funding, reporting, and journal support.
• Develop payroll metrics and identify trends for improvement.
• Serve as technical payroll lead for multi‑state requirements and year‑end activities.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, vendors, and tax advisors.
