Job summary

RxSight is looking for a skilled individual to manage accurate payroll processing utilizing the ADP Workforce Now system. This role requires a strong understanding of stock administration and compliance with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in stock administration, including managing payroll for multiple states. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.

• Experience with E*TRADE and stock management platforms.
• Skilled in ADP payroll processing.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing and data integrity in ADP.
• Ensure compliance with payroll reporting requirements.
• Assist with employee Stock Based Compensation transactions.
• Reconcile records for equity compensation.
