Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Expertise with ADP Workforce Now and equity compensation payroll.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, and 401(k) administration.
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and internal controls in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll administration in ADP Workforce Now, including RSUs and equity compensation and tax reporting.
• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, HSA, and leave-related benefits).
• Lead benefits and the Company’s 401(k) plan, including compliance testing, audits, vendor coordination, and employee communications.
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, benefits, and employment regulations, and maintain SOX readiness with Finance, HR, Legal, and external auditors.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll, benefits, and retirement vendors and provide responsive support to employees.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
