Job summary

CFS in the Greater Hartford Region is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure the timely and accurate distribution of bi-weekly payroll and related reporting. You will partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

The role requires experience handling payroll for 500+ employees, proficiency with a time-and-attendance system, and strong analytical and communication skills, including tax filing knowledge.

• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Experience with a time and attendance system.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Bi-weekly payroll distribution and reporting.
• Administration of time and attendance and payroll systems.
• Liaison with outside agencies and collaboration with departments to resolve payroll issues.
• Payroll reporting, quarterly and annual tax filings, and payroll reconciliation.
