Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Product (Payouts) to drive growth of payouts solutions for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with product, engineering and marketing to develop deep product knowledge and lead strategic deals worldwide.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise sales of payments, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and excellent communication and presentation skills. A fast-paced, unstructured environment suits you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience at a technology company, with focus on enterprise or strategic accounts.
• 5+ years of experience selling payments to large enterprise merchants.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Self-starter able to drive business results with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent in-person presentation skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations and bespoke agreements.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into solutions across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Stripe's payouts products and solutions for strategic customers.
• Lead complex deals related to payout capabilities and tailor solutions.
• Understand the sales process and competitive landscape in payouts to win deals.
• Synthesize customer feedback and inform Stripe's product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Account teams to amplify growth globally.
