Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic relationship management or business development or technology-related role.
• Experience growing relationships with Fortune 500 caliber clients.
• Experience engaging with executive-level client stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating across multi-faceted financial institutions with partners in product, service, and operations.
• Exceptional relationship management, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve firm-wide revenue objectives by maintaining and expanding existing relationships and identifying incremental business.
• Coordinate cross-sell opportunities with Bank partners and align client strategy with profitability goals.
• Collaborate with other lines of business (Business Bank, Payroll, Point of Sale, Card Services) to optimize product and service delivery.
• Act as the primary client relationship contact on behalf of Merchant Services with internal partners.
• Apply a strategic, consultative selling approach to understand client needs and develop payment optimization solutions.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and financial analyses to support expansion proposals.
