Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the merchant services industry, products and services and diverse types of businesses
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing with individuals at all levels
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others
• Uses sound judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet client needs
• Ability to balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm
• Disciplined time management to accomplish business objectives and commitments
• Bilingual Spanish and English (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Cultivates new business opportunities within the Bank's SMB portfolio in an assigned market to achieve sales goals
• Identify and self-source client opportunities through referral networks and COIs to pursue new business clients
• Conducts calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients through the remote, hub-based model
• Analyzes and prices Chase products for profitability and Maintains detailed sales records and reports
• Negotiates leveraging proving models with clients to close business
• Coordinates with internal partners to ensure successful implementation and product ramp-up
• Complies with AML/KYC regulations and risk controls
