Qualifications

• 3+ years in strategic relationship management or business development with Fortune 500 clients.
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across product lines.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue objectives by growing existing SMB client relationships and expanding new business within your portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-sell opportunities with Bank partners and other lines of business.
• Act as primary client contact for Merchant Services and align client strategy with profitability goals.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews and performance analysis to inform expansion proposals.
• Develop strategic solutions by understanding client needs and presenting tailored product recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product delivery and client experience.
